Exposed surfaces will, over time, exhibit a build up of dirt, grime, mould and other contaminations that facilitate the need for high pressure cleaning. We have a range of portable and trailer mounted pressure cleaners suited to a range of applications; in addition, our selection of rotary cleaners ensures a “stripe free” result across all surfaces. We have undertaken high pressure cleaning projects in various environments and on a varied range of surfaces including: Shopping Centre Car parks, external building surfaces, foot paths and retaining walls. Once again the combination of high pressure cleaning equipment and EWP’s enables us to clean areas that may be considered difficult to reach.

Gutter cleaning can be a time consuming and potentially dangerous job; we have sought to minimize the risks associated with cleaning gutters by undertaking a majority of the work from the ground. This has been achieved through the use of a long reach vacuum system and video monitoring system, and proprietary high pressure cleaning fixtures used in combination with telescopic lances. The use of these systems involves either “blasting” the debris from the gutter with high-pressure water, or alternatively vacuuming the material from the gutter into a receptacle on the ground. If, for whatever reason, it is necessary to access the roof we are well placed to undertake this in the safest possible manner with all Reflections team members having undergone working at heights training.

High dusting describes the cleaning and dusting of surfaces, light fixtures ledges etc. above two meters. Typically our high dusting services are employed in buildings that have large open public areas such as shopping centres and libraries. To complete our high dusting projects we will employ scissor and boom lifts, as well as telescopic poles and long reach vacuum cleaners. Undertaking high dusting work in areas such as shopping centres requires specialist skills and a high level of care; our experience in these areas ensures that our high dusting jobs are completed to a high standard with a minimal amount of disruption.

The rubber window seals used in medium and high rise buildings deteriorate over time due to their exposure to the elements; this exposure can cause the seals to shrink or perish and compromise the integrity of the building envelope.

In order to maximize the performance of your solar array it is imperative that the panels are regularly cleaned. The efficiency of your photovoltaic panels is significantly reduced over time due to the build up of dirt, grime and dust on the panel surface; rain may assist in cleaning some of the build up on the panel, however to ensure that the surface is properly cleaned it is imperative that the surface is agitated with a brush. To ensure that rainwater harvesting systems are not contaminated as a result of the cleaning process we undertake the cleaning of solar panels with de ionized water, and, where required divert the water flow to prevent its capture in tanks.
